RSVP deadline is Sunday November 1st, 2026 as we need to get our final headcounts in to the venue and caterer by specific dates. Any guest that has not responded by this time will be marked as declined to attend and will be missed. Please keep in mind we will only have seats and food available for those who RSVP yes by the deadline and will be unable to accommodate any unexpected/last minute guests.
We have decided to have a NON-ALCOHOL day and all drinks provided will be free of alcohol & free of charge. Please note there will not be any alcohol allowed on the premises at all and we ask that everyone respect this boundary. We could face a very large fine if anyone is found to be drinking inside or in the parking lot/on the premises. We are ending early enough everyone will have plenty of time to have a few drinks after we wrap up.
Please arrive by 2:00 pm to allow time for everyone to find a seat before the ceremony starts at 2:30 pm sharp.
While we would love to have everyone included we do have a strict limit for our guest list and are unable to extend a seat to anyone who was not listed on your invitation.
Absolutely! We have so many nieces and nephews that we love and our day wouldn't be the same without them. Please only bring the little ones that are listed on your invitations.
Yes, Please indicate any food allergies or needed accommodations in the appropriate section on the RSVP page or email us at mrandmrspaiz2026@gmail.com with plenty of notice so we can notify our venue and caterors.
We are going for Semi-Formal - Our ceremony will be outside (weather permitting) and everything else indoors. We want everyone to be comfortable but please keep in mind the occasion and leave the sweats and flip flops at home. Dress up and enjoy our celebration!!
Unfortunately it is not in our budget to provide transportation from hotels to the venue. We are conveniently located across the street from several hotels! Our ceremony and reception will be at the same location to make this as easy as possible for everyone to attend but please plan accordingly for your own way to and from.
There will be free open parking available for all invited guests.
As we prepare to celebrate this special day, we are especially mindful of the season and what truly matters most. Your presence, love, and support mean everything to us, and we kindly ask that you do not feel any pressure to bring a gift. Sharing this day with you is the greatest gift we could receive. If you feel strongly about giving, a card is more than enough, but never expected.
