Old Town Trolley Tours St Augustine
This trolley tour takes you around the historical district of St Augustine and shows you various sites. You can get on and off the trolley as much as you like. Some of our favorite stops and other interesting sites include the San Sebastian Winery, which is conveniently located near the Whetstone Chocolates factory and store, the Castillo de San Marcos, and the Lightner Museum. A ticket on the Old Town Trolley Tour Bus includes a complimentary Beach Bus Shuttle that takes you from your hotel to St. Augustine’s Historic District to begin your trolley tour. Complimentary return service is provided as well. This Shuttle can also take you to St. Augustine's Alligator Farm, which is a zoological park. If you would like to skip the trolley tour and just see a few sites on your own, you can Uber downtown or drive, it's a quick 5-7 minute drive from Embassy Suites. Several other sites just a short distance from the beach is the St Augustine Lighthouse and Maritime Museum and St Augustine's Alligator Farm.
Taking a Bike Ride
Taking a bike ride to places near the beach with bicycles provided by Embassy Suites is a great way to spend an afternoon. There's mini golf, restaurants and ice cream shops close by. The bikes are available on a first come, first serve basis for 2 hour times slots.
