Our story began on Cinco de Mayo, during a night out that neither of us expected would change our lives. Cindy made the first move and confidently walked up to Todd to introduce herself. Todd later admitted that the very first thing he noticed about her was her big toe — something that still makes us laugh to this day. At first, Todd jokingly thought the encounter might have been a setup, but as the night went on the two of us spent the rest of the evening talking, laughing, and dancing. What started as a spontaneous introduction quickly turned into something special. From that unexpected first meeting, our connection continued to grow as we spent more time getting to know one another and building a relationship rooted in friendship, love, and faith. Through life’s moments — both big and small — we have continued choosing each other and building a life together.
