Getting there!

For those who are not familiar with the area or out of state, California was hit with some heavy rain in the last few months. Due to this expect the roads to be a little messed up and there may be delays/detours. There will likely be some windy, one lane mountain roads. So just take it slow and take in the beautiful scenery!

Shuttle and Parking

Parking on site is limited, aside from cabin guests, these will be first come first serve however we would encourage larger parties to take these spots. There are also a handful of spots on the street in front of the venue. All remaining guests will have to park at St. John’s Catholic Church down the road (120 Russel Avenue, Felton CA). There will be a shuttle that will be picking up guests from the church and The Hilton in Scott’s Valley. Uber/Lyft and Taxis should be available as well. We recommend to arrive reasonably early as the shuttle will probably take ~20 mins to do one rotation. Shuttle hours: 11:30AM-2:30PM 8:00PM:-11:00PM

Fern River Resort

This is where the bridal party and family will be staying. There is 15 cabins available. These rentals will be from 5/4- 5/7 (Thursday through Sunday). If you don't want to stay the full three days, there will also be a hotel blocks available. You may book these cabins by calling the property directly. These need to be booked by 1/1/2023. (These are now full)

Hilton Santa Cruz/Scotts Valley

This hotel is 2 miles away from the venue. This is the closest hotel to Fern River Resort. We were not able to book a hotel block unfortunately but there is still plenty of availability at this hotel

Norman Y. Mineta San Jose International Airport

This is the closest airport to the venue. The venue is about 45 minutes away from here.
