May 2020: We were both stuck at home quarantining like the rest of the world, when one day we came across each other on a dating app called Hinge. We both swiped right! June 2020: Our first date consisted of watching the movie The Martian via video chat. You see, it was a pandemic and meeting in person was literally life or death. A few weeks later we decided to risk it and meet for Rita’s Italian Ice and a walk in the park. And so it began! July 11, 2020: We officially became a couple! October 2020: We traveled to New Hampshire on our first road trip together! While we were there, we went on a beautiful hike to Bridal Veil Falls where we said “I love you” for the first time. Fast forward past many adventures later… April 2023: We went to New Hampshire for a getaway and had the most amazing weekend. One particular day we started off by eating a delicious pancake breakfast, then went for a hike to Artist Bluff. When we reached the top, Pat got down on one knee and proposed! I said YES! July 13, 2024: WE’RE GETTING MARRIED!
