Additional Activities

Downtown and Midtown Sacramento: If you're in the mood to peruse downtown, the California State Capital Park is a great place to start. Parking garages are in no short supply and you will have access to various site seeing places like the State Capital Park World Peace Rose Garden and the Golden 1 Center. For something with a little less walking distance, the McKinley Park in Midtown offers a short walk around the McKinley Rose Garden, boutiques, breweries, and restaurants. Parking available. (Fun fact: Cillia lived in the neighborhood near McKinley Park and it soon became a forever favorite).
