Can I book my room outside of Destinationweddings.com?

Answer

NO, All guests must book their rooms through our official DestinationWeddings.com link. This ensures you’re included in our wedding group and receive all the perks and updates. You can find the booking link: • In the email invitation you received Or • Under the “Travel” tab on this website Please make sure to use our Code: 0712 when booking. Note: If you’re sharing a room with someone, only one person needs to create a profile and complete the booking for both of you.

What airport do I fly into?

Answer

Guests have two airport options when flying into Jamaica: •MBJ – Sangster International Airport (Montego Bay) •KIN – Ian Fleming International Airport (Ocho Rios) We recommend flying into MBJ (Montego Bay) as it offers more flight options and round-trip transportation to the resort is available for all guests arriving there. [READ NEXT FAQ] If you choose to fly into KIN (Ocho Rios), please note that transportation is not included and will need to be arranged on your own.

Is transportation included?

- Complimentary round trip Ground Transportation MBJ Airport- Resort- MBJ Airport with a 4-night minimum stay required. - Transportation should be requested in advance with a minimum of 2 weeks before the wedding takes place. Transportation will not be confirmed if it is not booked within the mentioned time. - Transfers can be booked by emailing Palace Transfer Representatives directly at toursandtransfersjamaica@palaceresorts.com and copy Daniela Morales at Moon Palace Jamaica: danmorales@palaceresorts.com. Free transport are ONLY applicable if staying at least 4 nights. If transfers are not booked according to the information above, a credit or refund will not be provided for private transportation. No exceptions will be made.
