Question

Is there enough parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes. It may look small, but there is enough parking. Carpooling and designated drivers and encouraged. Uber and Lyft frequent the Vine Hill House, and can be used to drop you off prior to the wedding and pick you up after the wedding. You are also allowed to leave your car at the venue overnight if needed, but you must get your car by 12PM the next day.

Is smoking allowed at the venue?

Answer

Smoking is allowed, only in a designated area in front of the house on the property.

Will the ceremony and reception be held outdoors?

Answer

Yes. Please dress for October weather. Should rain occur; a tent will be constructed on site to keep people dry.

Yes. Semi-formal for October weather please. :)

What time should we be there?

Answer

3:30 PM is start time for guests to arrive. There will be ice tea, lemonade, and water. The ceremony will start at 4PM.

When is the last day for RSVP's due?

We would love to know if you are able to make it. Please reply to the RSVP by October 5th, 2019.

What's on the menu for the night? What if I have. dietary restriction?

Answer

If you have a dietary restriction please let us know on the RSVP card; as we can make some accommodations for your meal. The following is the menu for the night: Hors D'oeuvres: -Almond Stuffed Dates Wrapped In Prosciutto -BBQ Pork (Papaya, Crisp Wonton) -Lemon Risotto Cake (Shrimp, Peas) -Grilled Cheese Sandwich (Carmody Cheese, Bacon, Quince Paste, and Seeded Rye) First Course: -Tomato and Cucumber Salad (Butter Lettuce, Spinach, Citrus Vinaigrette) Entree Course (Family Style): -Parmesan Crusted Chicken Breast (Lemon-Arugula Pesto) -Grilled Tri-Tip (Merlot Jus-lie, Port Wine-Caramelized Onions) -Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes (Asiago Cheese) -Thyme Roasted Market Vegetables -Mascarpone-Polenta Cake Dessert Wedding Cake

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We will be serving two beers, two signature cocktails, and a red and white wine through out the wedding. We also will be providing: water, iced tea, lemonade, and coffee through out the event. For kids, we will be providing two soda varieties. All drinks are paid for in advance and there is no limit but please drink responsibly.
