Can everyone stay on site at Chalet View?

We would love that! To ensure an intimate and exclusive experience, we have reserved all 52 uniquely styled rooms at the property. These rooms will be held exclusively for our wedding party until 60 days prior to our event. We encourage you to book your accommodations as soon as possible to secure the room type that best suits your needs. Please remember that Chalet View Lodge is a small boutique hotel that is unable to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. Please keep the event start time in mind when making your reservations.

What should I expect the weather to be?

The average temperature in Graeagle in October is high of 67 and low of 39 degrees. The ceremony will be outdoors. The cocktail hour will be outdoors with heat lamps. The dinner & reception will be tented and heated if necessary.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal/Formal - We kindly request a suit or tailored shirt and sport coat, tie not required. Cocktail dress, knee length or longer for the ladies. For shoes, please keep in mind that the ceremony is on turf and the grounds of the property are grass and gravel. Cocktail hour will be outside on concrete. The reception will be tented on concrete.

Are children invited?

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration with the exception of a few children in our immediate family. Please refer to your invitation for the names of those invited to attend.
