Where is the ceremony and reception? Is it indoor or outdoor?

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the same location: 836 Watoga Park Road, Hillsboro, WV 24946. Since both events are outdoors, we kindly ask that you dress accordingly for the weather.

What is the dress code? Are there any colors to avoid?

We kindly ask that our guests dress in semi-formal attire for our wedding. Our wedding party will be wearing various shades of maroon, so we'd appreciate it if you'd avoid maroon and white when selecting your outfit. Thank you!

Is parking available?

Answer

Yes, parking is available at the venue. A member of our team will be on-site to direct you to your spot—please look for them upon arrival. There is a small bridge leading to the venue, and they'll be happy to assist you in finding your way.

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests named on your invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!

We are so excited to have your kiddos there. Just a quick note to please keep an eye on them so everyone can relax and enjoy the day.

Is the ceremony unplugged? (Meaning no phones)

Answer

Yes, we kindly ask that guests refrain from using phones during the ceremony so we can all be fully present together. We've hired a professional photographer we trust to beautifully capture all of our special moments for us to cherish.
