How We Met 5/27/2019 When a simple acknowledgement takes place… a love story begins. Rickie and Ciera met at a Pool Party Rickie was throwing for friends on memorial day weekend. The next day he asked her out to dinner for a full night of great conversations and Laughter. After that night he realized that she had everything he was looking for in a partner. She had a great personality, genuine good person, someone he could trust, and undoubtedly beautiful in and out. and out. The Proposal Rickie reached out to Ciera Father (Reggie) and Mother (Carmen) for their blessing to ask their daughter for hand her in marriage. After they both said "yes" he planned a photo shoot for the upcoming holidays at-least that's what he told her. The day before the photo shoot he reached out to the store told them what he was planning to make sure everything went smoothly with no hiccups. While taking photos Ciera saw Cards that photographer was holding up and said "Will you marry me" and she then turn to her future husband while crying and said "Yes, I will" she then kissed Rickie with excitement. On the anniversary of when we first met, we went back to our old stomping grounds to do karaoke with friends. When "I'd Do Anything for Love" came on, we ran up to the front. When the music suddenly died down, I looked over and he was down on one knee. I screamed, shouted "YES," and we were engaged. We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you.
