Question

Where and when for the shuttle service?

Answer

The shuttle service will be at the WEC Riding Academy hotel. They will be opening the doors and loading up at 2:45 and the doors will close at 3pm.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us. If you have questions or need help with arrangements, please contact me directly.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Help us get the party started as scheduled! We recommend that you arrive a half hour before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be taking place outdoor; we recommend flat-soled shoes, block heals or wedges to avoid sinking into the grass. The reception will be held indoors.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There are a few hotels local to the venue but we highly recommend staying at the WEC Riding Academy. We will have a room block and shuttle service available at this location. Shuttle will be leaving at 3pm
