- Hotel check-in at the Courtyard Marriott and the Residence Inn is at 4:00 pm. - Early check-in is not guaranteed, so please be ready to go if you plan on taking a shuttle. - The hotel will try to check you in before you leave for the wedding. However, if they cannot, you may need to check in after the wedding, as long as you are part of the wedding block. - The bar at the Courtyard Marriott will remain open until 1:00 am for anyone who wants to hang out after returning to the hotel. - Check-out from the hotels is at 11:00 am - The hotels charge an overnight parking fee; however, this fee has been waived at both the Courtyard Marriott and the Residence Inn. Please ensure you do NOT get charged for parking on your hotel bill upon check out.
- Two 27 passenger shuttles will be running between the Courtyard Marriott and the Residence Inn to Bogey’s. - The first shuttle departing the Courtyard Marriott at 3:10 pm is for the family and friends that stayed at the hotel Friday night. - All other guests should be ready to board shuttles by 3:10 pm at the Residence and Courtyard Marriott. It is better to be there waiting for the shuttle to arrive than risking no seats remaining on the last shuttles. - Guests at the Hampton Inn should walk to the Courtyard Marriott to catch the shuttle. - As you arrive at Bogey’s, you may wait in the bar in the restaurant until it’s time for the ceremony. - It's important that the shuttles are full and remain on schedule as much as possible. If the shuttle leaving the Residence is not full, it will stop at the Courtyard Marriott to pick up additional guests. - The ceremony is expected to start promptly at 5:30 pm. The last shuttles will drop off guests around 5:20 pm.
