When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by July 15th, 2026 We appreciate your understanding as we keep a firm RSVP deadline in order to finalize arrangements. Please respond by the date above, as we cannot guarantee accommodation for guests who do not RSVP by this deadline.

What should I do if I cant make it?
Answer
Your presence will be greatly missed, and we understand! If you are unable to attend, kindly inform us at your earliest convenience so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

I let someone know I was coming, is that good enough?
Answer
Yay! We are so excited you can make it. However, for an accurate head count, please help us out and RSVP. Without an RSVP, you may not be accounted for on our big day. Thank you!

Can I bring a date?

Due to limited space, plus ones are accommodated only if listed on your invitation by name or "Guest" or if there is a “Guest” listed on your RSVP page

Are our kids invited?

We love all kiddos, but due to limited space, we ask that children attend only if named on the invitation or addressed to the family.

What should I wear?
Answer
The dress code will be a semi-formal garden party wedding look. Nothing too bright or harsh, and nothing too casual. We recommend thick-heeled shoes as there is a lot of grass that may eat your shoes! We have made a Pinterest Board if you need some inspiration/guidance https://pin.it/48VfIJKqs

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We are having an unplugged ceremony. Please keep cameras away until after it's official! We have hired a wonderful team to capture this special moment, and we would love our guests to be as fully present as we will be. Images will be posted after the fact on the "Gallery" page of this website :)

Is there transportation?
Answer
The ceremony and reception are in the same location Please consider staying in Sisters, Oregon, and note that there are limited services available in Sisters.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes! Located on the property, there is a spacious parking lot.

Where should I stay?
Answer
Refer to the travel page for some recommendations! The venue is about 20 to 25 minutes from Sisters, OR. About 30-40 minutes from Bend, OR. And about 30 minutes to Redmond, Or.

We are registered with Zola. You can find it by using the "Registry" tab on this site.

Will alcohol be served?
Answer
Yes. There will be beer, wine, and a few signature cocktails throughout the evening.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
While there is a house on the property, the entire evening will be primarily outside. Consider layers!

The address will be shown upon RSVP, on the RSVP page, or in an emailed copy. The map and address will be shared publicly on our website closer to our date.

When you RSVP, there will be a space to include your restrictions and allergies

when should I arrive to the Ceremony?
Answer
We recommend arriving about 15 minutes early to allow time for seating and visiting before the ceremony begins. If you arrive after the ceremony has started, we kindly ask that you watch from a distance so the moment is not interrupted.

Yes! We are planning a buffet-style dinner for our reception.
