When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by Sunday, November 30, 2025. We understand the date is early but we want give the resort a head count of our guests ahead of time. If you do not RSVP by the scheduled date, we will assume you are not attending. If you RSVP and you realize later that you will be unable to attend, please let Silas and Cidni know in advance.

We will be getting married at the Beaches Negril Resort in Negril, Jamaica.

Do I need a passport to attend your wedding?

Answer

You will need to have your passport in order to travel to Jamaica. You can fill out a passport application here: https://www.usps.com/international/passports.htm

How can I book my room?

Answer

To book your stay, you can use the resort website, a third-party site like Expedia (make sure to choose Beaches Negril or Sandals Negril), or call our agent, Mele, at 877-232-2437 x 4027 (available Thu–Mon, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM). Starting rates for a single room for one adult for three nights is $2,363.75 (As of August 19, 2025 on beaches.com). A $98 deposit is required to hold your room, followed by $302 due 21 days later. Full payment is due 60 days before arrival, and flexible payment plans are available until then. Please ensure your deposit is paid by June 1, 2026. Crucial Step: Once booked, you must call Mele (available Thu–Mon, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM) to provide our room code: RG25176977. This links your reservation to our wedding block. Please reach out to Cidni or Silas with any questions!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to our limited guest count, we are unable to accommodate additional guests. If you do not see a plus one with your RSVP invite, you do not have a plus one.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is formal. The weather will be warm upon our arrival so please dress accordingly. If you are having trouble determining an outfit, please refer to this Pinterest Board for inspiration: bit.ly/csdressinspo

When should I arrive at the resort?

Answer

We ask that the latest you arrive at the resort is Wednesday, May 5, 2027. We will be hosting an evening welcome party for our guests and we would love if you could attend :)

Question

Will I have transportation from the airport to the Beaches Negril Resort?

Answer

When you book through the Beaches or Sandals website or call them directly, you will receive complimentary transportation from the Sangster International Airport (MBJ) to the Beaches or Sandals resort. If you book through a third party website such as Expedia or Travelocity, you will not received the complimentary transportation and will have to find your own transportation to the resort.
