When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than April 12, 2025. This will help us finalize the details and make sure everything is set for the big day. We appreciate you letting us know as soon as possible—thank you!

Will there be a ceremony at the reception venue?
Answer
There won’t be a ceremony at the reception venue. We are keeping it intimate with a courthouse ceremony where both our families are present. It would mean so much to us if you could join us later that evening for a simple celebration!

Is it an indoor or outdoor reception?
Answer
The reception is indoors, so rain or shine, the party is on!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
The dress code is semi-formal, so feel free to wear something nice but comfortable. We can’t wait to see you all dressed up for the celebration!

How do I inform you of my allergies?

You can simply mention any allergies when you RSVP, or reach out to us directly if you prefer.

Can I request a song to play at the reception?
Answer
Yes, definitely! We’re excited to hear your song ideas, as long as they’re suitable for the occasion. Add them when you RSVP or send them to us directly. We will review and consider adding them to our playlist. Let’s make this celebration unforgettable!

Will there be a photographer/videographer on site?
Answer
We have decided not to have a professional photographer or videographer at our wedding to keep things within our budget. That said, we would love to see your photos and videos from the day! If you capture any special moments, please feel free to share them with us afterward —we’d be so grateful to relive the memories through your perspective.

Would there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! Feel free to enjoy the 4hr open bar but make sure to plan ahead for a safe ride home! Sharing an Uber would be a great option or booking a room at a nearby hotel.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
There are two hotels right beside the venue. One of them is called Wyndham Chicago O’Hare and the other one is Fairfield Inn & Suites Chicago O'Hare. Wyndham hotel would have a discount for booking a room with them. Please feel free to check them out and let us know if you are interested in booking so we can reach out to them prior to the event.

Yes, the venue has its own parking lot, which will be available for self-parking.
