The dress code is Black Tie for the ceremony and reception (tux or suit for men; floor-length gown for women). We will be having dinner outdoors prior to dancing inside, and it may get chilly once the sun sets. While we will have heaters in the evening, we recommend ladies to bring a cardigan or shawl just in case. For Saturday brunch, the dress code is smart casual (button down or polo shirts for men; sundresses for women)
Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the Park Hyatt Aviara in Carlsbad, CA. The ceremony will be at the main lawn of the hotel down the stairs from the lobby.
Please arrive at 4:22pm at the Palm Court at the Park Hyatt Aviara. The ceremony will start at 5pm sharp.
The Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Dinner will be outdoors, with heat lamps provided. Dancing and late night snacks will be indoors.
For the health and safety of our guests and staff, we are requiring all guests to be fully vaccinated or to have taken a PCR test within 72 hrs of the wedding. Please be prepared to show proof of vaccination or negative Covid test during the event.
