When should I RSVP by?

Answer

please RSVP by August 20th so that we can give our caterer the final count. otherwise, please bring a sandwich!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

nope! we had originally thought about suggesting semi-formal / dressy casual attire but we think people will enjoy our wedding more if they feel comfortable. so dress up if that’s your thing or keep it casual if you prefer!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

the ceremony begins at 4p so consider arriving between 3:30p and 3:45 to get a good seat.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

we would prefer to keep our ceremony device free! we hope to see everyone’s beautiful faces rather than cell phones. we have a wonderful photographer and we’ll be sure to share the photos from our ceremony as soon as possible. once the cocktail hour begins, we encourage you to take as many pictures as your storage space can handle!

ceremony and reception details?

our ceremony and reception will be held at the same location, Quincy Hall. the ceremony will take place indoors then guests can mingle between the indoor space and outside patio during the cocktail hour and reception. we’re hosting an open bar until a certain dollar amount is reached, then drinks will be available for purchase.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

yes! please let us know if you have any food allergies or other concerns so we can inform our caterer. call or email us at nelson.cich@gmail.com as soon as possible!

Are kids welcome?

definitely! let us know if we missed including your kids on the RSVP page so we can make sure to order their dinner. however, no judgement if you want to get a babysitter and let loose!

Is there parking at the wedding venue?

Answer

Quincy Hall has free parking and a pretty decent sized parking lot. there will also be shuttle services between Quincy Hall and both hotels.

Any hotel recommendations?

Answer

yes! we have a block of rooms reserved at two different hotels. the hotels are just down the road from each other and about 5 to 10 minutes from the wedding venue. please check out the Travel page for hotel information and links to book your stay. we’ll be providing a shuttle service to and from Quincy Hall so everyone can celebrate safely!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels and the ceremony?

Answer

absolutely! we will be providing shuttle services between the hotels and Quincy Hall. we’ll hope that this is a convenient option for those who don’t want to hassle with finding their way around the city as well as for those who appreciate a little more liquid courage to get out on the dance floor! we’ll be sure to add more information about pick up and drop off times once we get the details.
