Can I bring a date?

Answer

Our policy is "no ring no bring." We would like to keep this celebration intimate. If you have been given a guest, it would be explicitly stated on your invite.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please submit your RSVP as soon as you know. RSVP's are due April 1st so we can send formal invitations.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, please wear formal attire within the color palette. There is a tab on our wedding website with more information and includes photos for outfit inspiration.

Can I take photos and post on social media?

Answer

We would like our wedding to be a private event. We will be having an unplugged wedding ceremony. This means all phones are requested to be put away and on silent. We kindly ask you refrain from posting any photos of our wedding day on social media.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at 4:30pm for a welcome drink before the ceremony begins. Don't be late!

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, the event will be held on the top floor of the Wave Resort, which can be accessed by elevator. The flooring for all of the night's events is a flat, even surface.

Is transportation provided?

Answer

No, transportation will not be provided between events because the ceremony and reception will be held at the same venue, the Wave Resort.

Will there be meals provided?

Answer

Yes, there will be appetizers and passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour. There will be a seated dinner service during the reception. Please specify any allergies or food restrictions on your virtual save the date invitation. The night’s celebration is open bar. Tips for the bartenders has already been taken care of.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes, this was a question on the save the date invite you received through Paperless Post, which was sent to you or your group's email or phone number. You can go back through that same link you received to update your answers at any time.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, there is valet parking at The Wave Resort. Let them know you are here for the Ciardiello Wedding for the $15 priced discount. When you are ready to leave, you can request your car to be brought to the lobby through their convenient valet app. Overnight parking at the hotel is $35 per night for our wedding weekend's discounted rate.

We can expect to see a high of 76 and a low of 58 from the historic average. We recommend light jackets, sunglasses, and sunblock for our wedding weekend.
