Is the reception near the ceremony location?

Luckily for you, all wedding events will be held at the same location. Talk about a "one stop shop!"

Is There Parking?

Plenty of free parking on the premises. 40 spots total at the venue, plus street parking if necessary.

THERE ARE NO UBERS!

Answer

There are no Uber’s or taxis in this area, so please plan accordingly! There will be free transportation offered, but it will only be to and from the venue/Hampton Inn Oxford.

Will There Be Transportation?

Answer

There will be a shuttle running from the Hampton Inn Oxford from 1pm until midnight. The chauffeurs can do as many runs as needed during the reserved time frame.

Are Children Welcome?

We kindly request this be an "adult-only" wedding.

Can I Bring a Date?

Unless they are specifically named on the invitation, we regretfully cannot allow plus ones due to venue capacity. Thank you for understanding!

What Should I Wear?

Black-Tie Optional: Tuxes and gowns are preferred, but not required. This is an excuse to dress up, take advantage of it!

The ceremony will be outside, so please come prepared and bring a coat! Cocktail hour with both be inside and outside.

Something to keep in mind when choosing shoes for the wedding day: the wood floors in the reception area are the original boards of the old building so there are gaps in between each board. Needless to say, stiletto heels might not be the best option. Ciara & her nurse friends will be ~off duty~ that night so please don't make them work and splint your ankle.
