What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive 30 minutes early to park and find your seat. Parking is free on-site. Our ceremony time isn't set in stone yet, but will be updated soon!

Is there a dress code?

Yes! Semi-Formal and colorful! Please see the "What To Wear" tab above on this website. Ladies, the venue is heel-friendly.

Are kids invited?

Answer

To keep things relaxed and celebratory for everyone, we're hosting an adults-focused celebration. Children are by invitation only. If your little ones are invited, they'll be listed on your invitation and RSVP.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Due to venue limits, we can only accommodate those listed on your on your invitation and RSVP.

Hotel block? Where should I stay?

We have a hotel block at SpringHill Suites by Marriott, Tampa Suncoast Parkway! Please see the "Travel" tab above on this website for more info.

What food will be served?

Answer

We are having full dinner served buffet style. There will be options for dietary preferences via RSVP.

Will there be an open bar? Can I bring my own alcohol?

For important family reasons, we will be hosting a beer and wine only celebration. No outside alcohol is permitted. Thank you so much for understanding and helping us keep our day peaceful and joyful for everyone!

Will there be other events I can attend?

We are having a brunch on Saturday March 13, 2027 following the wedding. Anyone and everyone is welcome, you will see the option to RSVP when you do so for the wedding.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged wedding! This means absolutely NO phones out during the ceremony. You can now mentally prepare to leave the devices and be present for us. You will have a few minutes dedicated by the officiant for personal photos and videos.

Rehearsal dinner? Am I invited?

Answer

Rehearsal dinner is by private invite only. You will see the option to RSVP when you do so for the wedding if you are invited!

What time does the reception end? Is there an after-party?

Answer

Reception ends at 10pm. There is no after-party, please sleep and join us for brunch!

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Weather should be warm but comfortable. It is March so think sunny with a breeze. Ceremony is outside and reception is inside, so dress accordingly.

Can I wear white/ivory/champagne?

Answer

Respectfully, if you show up in white, expect a bath of red wine. Save it for another day.
