Jourdon and Ciara both went to Kingsway Regional High School, but graduated different years. When Ciara was a senior, Jourdon added her as a friend on Facebook after noticing her at her work and commented on one of her posts to get her attention. A few days later in March of 2017, he sent her a message and little did they know, that simple message was the start of their forever. From that day forward, Jourdon and Ciara talked endlessly. During that time, they realized they were falling in love with each other. After 8 months of phone calls/ texts/ and video calls, they finally went on a date to Eastern State Penitentiary on Halloween, which is where their love for Halloween stems from. After 8 years of falling more in love with each other every day, Jourdon finally decided to ask Ciara to spend forever with him, while on vacation in Bermuda!
