When should I arrive?

Answer

If you want to attend the ceremony, arrive at 4:30 pm If you want to attend the reception only, arrive after 5:30 and before 6:30pm.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as you’re able so we can finalize plans with our vendors. We appreciate it!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Free parking is available in a dirt lot at the venue. Vehicles can be left overnight, as long as they are picked up by 9 am the following morning. Please note that overnight parking at the hotel, Embassy Suites Boulder is available for a $25 fee.

Yes! We’d love to celebrate with the whole family.

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outside, weather permitting. Wear your sunscreen!

Is the reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The reception will be in a covered tent, providing shelter while still enjoying the outdoor setting.

When should I leave?

Answer

You can leave whenever you are ready, Irish goodbye is complete acceptable, please don't stop the dance-flow. The Grand Exit will be at 10pm to send off the newly married couple!
