Ciara had decided to transfer from Cal Baptist University to Baylor for her last 2 years of college, her best friend Cameron (from CBU) flew out with Ciara to move her into her apartment. Cameron proceeded to post an instagram story with the tagged location being Waco, Tx... because Waco is in the middle of no where one of her instagram friends responded asking why she was there.. yes that friend was Mitchell. She explained she was moving her best friend into her apartment as she was transferring to Baylor. Mitch then informed her that he too, was transferring from CBU to Baylor, and would be coming that week. Cameron and Ciara sat in the kitchen that night thinking what were the odds of that? And how did Ciara and Mitch never meet at CBU? Cameron then proceeded to jokingly say to Ciara “what if hes your husband?” Ciara replied saying that she just needed a friend, not a boyfriend.. low and behold they were both right. Ciara and Mitch not only became best friends, but also fell in love. Ciara and Mitch connected that night on instagram and the day he got to Texas they met up in person to familiarize the campus, get their ID cards, people watch and laugh together. They instantly connected and ended up going on their first date the day they met. Ciara and Mitch spent the whole week before school started hanging out every day, getting to meet new friends together, finding a church and learning all about the small town of Waco. Now here we are, celebrating their love and commitment to each other forever.
