We recommend booking early to take advantage of the discounted rate—since travel plans can change, it's best to make your own reservation when you're ready. If you'd prefer to book by phone, just ask for the “Wedding Rate” and the agent will be happy to assist you.

Shuttles will leave from SpringHill Suites to the venue and no return. If you’re not taking the shuttle, you’re welcome to drive yourself — parking is available. 3:15 PM: Guests board the buses at SpringHill Suites 3:20 PM: Buses depart (build in a 5-min buffer for late arrivals) 3:40 PM: Buses arrive at Rancho Guejito 3:40–4:00 PM: Guests walk in, get seated, settle in for the ceremony
