The visitors center offers free admissions and there are a few small museums with many incredible artifacts and interactive videos to learn about the events that took place at Pearl Harbor. There are also additional tours to the USS Missouri Battleship Memorial, The Pacific Fleet Submarine Museum, and the Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum that require payment and reservations may need to be made in advance. If you wish to pay respect to the USS Arizona Memorial it is recommended to book that tour to ensure you will have a ticket to board the boat to see the memorial visit this link https://www.recreation.gov/ticket/facility/233338 to reserve your seat.

Great for families, they offer a fun pineapple maze (tours range from $10 dollars - $7.25). There is also a cute 20 min. train tour that discusses how the Dole Plantation was founded (tours range from $14.00 dollars - $11.75). This is a great pit stop for those who love a nice cold delicious Dole Whip! There is a large gift shop for shopping as well.

Visit a beautiful botanical garden and swim in a gorgeous waterfall (please note that this waterfall is managed by lifeguards and safety flotation vest are provided so people with all swimming abilities can enjoy the falls). The walk up to the falls takes about 30 mins. They also offer a shuttle service for a small fee. Prices range from $25 dollars to $15 dollars. They do offer group discounts from groups of 10 or larger.

There are ATM’s on site but they charge a fee to pull out cash. Cost to enter is $2.00 (Cash) for adults. Children 11 and under are free!

Courtesy of the Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort, a spectacular fireworks show lights up the sky over Waikiki Beach beginning at 7:45 p.m every Friday night. You can stake out your spot on the sand near the Hilton Hawaiian Lagoon (address listed above) or at Magic Island Beach Park free of charge to watch the show. It is highly recommended to get there early as parking does fill up quickly. Many families will bring food to the beach and have a little picnic to watch the show.
