Our wedding ceremony is the main event. Please only RSVP yes if you're able to attend the ceremony at St. Mary's Church @ 3 PM
We can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, they will be named in your personalized RSVP page. Our venue is a private location and a guest list will be enforced.
We love your children and are happy to have them witness our wedding ceremony. Please bring them if you're able! However, we have decided to keep our wedding reception 16+. We hope that this is a much deserved date night for parents!
Our RSVPs are now closed. If you need to change your RSVP for any reason, please contact Ciana or Dan directly as soon as possible so we can update our vendors!
Plan to arrive at Saint Mary's Church by 2:45 PM ET -- street cleaning is scheduled to take place up until 3 PM, so if you're a few minutes early, you'll have a better chance of finding parking in front of the church!
Both venues are less than 1 mile apart -- about a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk. THE CEREMONY: 254 2nd St, Jersey City, NJ 07302 FREE STREET PARKING ONLY THE RECEPTION: 333 Grand St, Jersey City, NJ 07302 FREE PARKING AVAILABLE @ ZEPPELIN HALL PARKING LOT OR METERED STREET PARKING
The ceremony and reception are about 0.6 miles apart. About a 5 minute drive or a 15 minute walk from each other.
FOR THE CEREMONY, you'll need to find street parking. Please note that there is street cleaning in front of the church (2nd Street) until 3PM on Thursdays, so you should be able to find parking right in front of the church if you time your arrival well. FOR THE RECEPTION, we've been permitted to park in the Zeppelin Hall Parking Lot which has an entrance on Jersey Ave. The parking lot is free and a 5 minute walk from the reception. Please search Zeppelin Hall Parking in Google Maps if you need turn by turn directions. You're also welcome to look for street parking as well, but please observe all parking signs. We suggest carpooling if you're able to.
All are welcome at our wedding ceremony. We believe the sacrament of marriage is sacred and plan to celebrate catholic mass in addition to exchanging vows. You are invited (and encouraged) to participate in the sitting, standing, kneeling, singing, and praying portions of the Mass -- as much as you are comfortable. As for communion, there ARE special considerations for non-Catholics - continue reading the next question for more.
Catholics believe that the simple bread and wine presented on the altar during a Mass become the living, real presence of Jesus--his body, blood, soul, and divinity. To receive communion is to receive the body of Christ. If you practice a different faith, do not share this belief, or have not been spiritually prepared through catechesis to receive the Eucharist, you are invited to remain present in the Mass without receiving communion. As the congregation processes to the front of the church during communion, you can choose to receive a blessing--by walking forward with your arms crossed on your chest so each hand rests on the opposite shoulder--or to remain at your seat. Either way, this is a time for reflection, solitude, and recollection.

We ask that you kindly put your phones away and on silent for an unplugged ceremony. We have great photographers and will absolutely share all the photos with you!
