FAQs

The Wedding Website of Jacob Flores and Chynna Jones
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We can’t wait to celebrate our special day with all of our favorite people! Kindly RSVP by October 4, 2026, so we can finalize all of our preparations and ensure we have a wonderful celebration planned for everyone. Your timely response means so much to us — thank you for helping us make this day unforgettable!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM, and we kindly ask all guests to arrive 15–30 minutes early to allow time for parking, finding your seat, and settling in before the celebration begins. We want everyone to be comfortably seated as the music starts and the ceremony begins — you won’t want to miss a moment!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly request formal attire as we celebrate our wedding day. For the ladies, we suggest floor-length evening gowns, elegant midi or tea-length dresses, or refined cocktail dresses. For the gentlemen, dress slacks paired with a button-down shirt and jacket, a classic dark suit (navy, black, or charcoal), or dress slacks with a dress shirt complemented by a tie or bow tie. Our color palette features blush pink, soft neutrals, and romantic tones. Guests are welcome to complement these shades if they wish. Please note that portions of our celebration may take place outdoors, so we recommend selecting footwear that is both stylish and comfortable for mingling and dancing throughout the evening. To maintain the elegance of the occasion, we ask that guests refrain from wearing overly casual attire. Additionally, we respectfully request that guests avoid white or ivory tones traditionally reserved for the bride. We look forward to celebrating with you in style!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please note that invitations are extended only to the guests listed. We kindly ask that no additional guests or plus-ones attend unless specifically named on your invitation.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we adore children, we kindly request that only the children specifically named on your invitation attend the wedding. We appreciate your understanding as we celebrate this special day with our closest family and friends.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is ample parking available on-site for all guests. From the parking area, please proceed directly to the main entrance of the venue to access the wedding celebration.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Please note that the wedding ceremony and reception will be held indoors. The cocktail hour will take place outdoors, weather permitting.

Question

Where are the ceremony and reception venues located?

Answer

The wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place at the same location: The Springs in Cypress 12612 Malcomson Road Houston, Texas 77070

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony with a phone or camera?

Answer

We kindly ask that all guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony with phones or cameras. We’re so grateful to have a wonderful professional photographer capturing every special moment, and we’d love for our photos to be free of phones in the background. Your presence, love, and attention mean the world to us — thank you for helping us keep this moment intimate and distraction-free.

Question

Are you registered for wedding gifts?

Answer

We are registered with Zola for our wedding gifts. For those who prefer, monetary gifts to help us start our new life together are also greatly appreciated. Most importantly, your presence on our special day means the world to us—gifts are appreciated, but not required.
