What is a phone free ceremony? / Was ist eine Handyfreie Trauung?

Answer

We are asking all our guest to please keep phones in pockets or purses for the ceremony. We are paying photographers to capture the moment and would prefer that you were all present with us. Please respect this choice of ours. Thank you! Zuschauen, genießen, im Moment sein! Statt eure Smartphones möchten wir gerne eure Gesichter sehen. Daher lasst das Handy für die Dauer der Zeremonie im Flugmodus. Wir stellen professionelle Fotografen/Videografen an für den ganzen Tag. Wir bitten euch dies zu respektieren. Danke!

When should I RSVP by? / Wann soll Ich Bescheid geben, dass ich zur Hochzeit komme?

Answer

ASAP - as this is a very small venue and a destination wedding we are trying to get a realistic headcount as early on as possible. So früh wie möglich, da es eine kleinere Location ist, speziell für den Blumenworkshop am Donnerstag 5.9. damit wir eine möglichst genaue Gästezahl haben für die Plannung. Thank you!

Can I bring my Kids? / Kann ich meine Kinder bringen?

Answer

Due to the small size of our venue, we are not able to invite everyone. Because of this our wedding will be child free. We know this can complicate things for some, and understand if this prevents you from joining us for the wedding. We felt that since the wedding will be at a vineyard and will likely go utill the early hours of the morning, that this would be the best call. Thank you for understanding. We do love you and your children. Da es eine kleinere Hochzeit ist, ist unsere Gästezahl limitiert, und wir bitten euch daher eure Kinder für die Dauer der Hochzeit mit Grosseltern, Verwandten oder Babysittern unterzubringen. Wir verstehen, dass dies logistisch schwieriger ist, aber hoffen, dass ihr trotzdem mit uns feiern könnt! Insbesondere nachdem die Hochzeit auch auf einem Weingut stattfindet. Wir danken Euch für euer Verständnis!

I didn’t get a plus one?

Answer

Because of venue's size, it can only accommodate a limited number of people - we could only extend plus ones sparingly. If you have someone you would like to bring and do not have a plus one on your invitation, you are welcome to ask us. Depending on RSVPs that we receive, it may be an option in the future. It is not likely we would be able to tell you until much closer to the event, if you can have that plus one. Thank you for understanding. Durch die Grösse der Location, war es uns auch nicht möglich für jeden Gast ein +1 einzuladen. Falls Ihr jemanden Bestimmten mitbringen wollt und kein +1 auf eurer Einladung habt, bitte fragt uns einfach! Je nach dem wie viele Gäste zusagen, können wir euch Bescheid geben, ob wir doch noch Platz für mehr Gäste haben. Vielen Dank für euer Verständnis.

Do you have any hotel recommendations? / Habt Ihr Empfehlungen für ein Hotel/übernachtung?

We are working on getting a hotel block near the venue. Aside from that we have not stayed at a hotel in Graz. If you plan to visit Vienna we love the 25hour hotel in the museums quarter. The hotel is so fun and unique and is located in a very beautiful and walkable location. Wir werden ein paar Hotels unter dem tab ' Travel' posten. Abgesehen davon haben wir in keinen Hotels in Graz übernachtet bisher! Im Fall, dass Ihr mit uns nach Wien kommt nach der Hochzeit, haben wir bereits ein paar Mal im 25Hour Hotel im Museumquartier übernachtet und es immer sehr genossen.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request? / Ich habe eine Nahrungsmittelallergie.

Answer

Please let us know what it is. We will try our absolute best to prioritize it. We are already working on a vegan option as many attendees are vegan or vegetarian. Bitte teile uns die Nahrungsmittelallergie mit, und wir werden Weingut Holler Bescheid geben, eines der Menüs dementsprechend zu ändern. Wir werden vegane Optionen bereits verfügbar haben, da mehrere Gäste vegan oder Vegetarier sind.
