Chyanne and Lisa met on Tinder in 2020, and were drawn together by a shared taste in music. Chyanne was traveling for work and was stationed in Oshkosh, WI. Lisa took her chances and drove to meet Chyanne, where they went out for drinks with Lisa’s friend Megan. Shortly after, Chyanne moved back home to Springfield, MO after finishing her contingency work and they continued to pursue long distance for about 6 months, before taking time to themselves to heal and grow into better people. Almost 1 year later, the universe brought them back together. Chyanne reached out to Lisa, and they met up for Chyanne’s birthday to go to a show with both of their favorite artists playing. The night was magical for both of them, and was the first time they got to experience their love for the EDM community together. In the summer of 2022, Chyanne packed her things and they moved her up to Milwaukee, WI, where they got their first place together with their large fur baby family. They added an additional fur baby after foster-failing one of their kittens, and are very excited for him to play two very important roles in their wedding day!

Chyanne and Lisa attended Electric Forest Music Festival in June of 2023, where Chyanne started talking about engagement and wanting to propose to each other. They picked out rings together during their last night in the most magical place, Sherwood Forest. Once they got home, Lisa brought Chyanne to the botanical garden “The Domes” in Milwaukee where they became engaged!
