Peaceful and private retreat with an 8-acre lake and a 2.5-acre pond. There is plenty of room to roam on this 50+ acre property featuring beautiful views of the Arkansas River. Private gated access leads up to the lodge that is nestled near the lake. With five bedrooms, each with its own full bath, two additional half-baths, a spacious well stocked kitchen and dining area, playroom and three living rooms, the lodge can accommodate 18-23 guests, making it perfect for reunions, corporate retreats or any large group. There are also plenty of options for outdoor entertaining and activities under the extra large covered carport, sitting around the large fire pit, grilling on the pellet grill, canoeing on the lake or playing basketball.
