Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We will be having a welcome dinner/hangout on September 19th, 2025. A casual dinner will be hosted at the Bride and Groom's house in Jarrell, Texas for those in town on that Friday evening. This will include easy eats and bartenders to provide shimmering sips. If you would like to attend please let the bride know and/or RSVP on the RSVP tab of this website so she can plan and cater accordingly. The address is listed on the schedule card that arrived with the invitation suite! Street parking is the most convenient option in the neighborhood as the driveway ain't that large!

Question

Where can I RSVP?

Answer

Online RSVPs utilizing this wedding website under the RSVP tab is active for all events to include the welcome dinner on September 19th as well as the wedding ceremony and reception on September 20th. All RSVP decisions will be due back by July 15, 2025!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is cocktail attire. Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length, midi formal dresses, or jumpsuits. Gentlemen can wear dress shirts/slacks and ties. No jeans please!

Question

If I'm coming from out of town, where should I stay?

Answer

Our town has an abundance of hotels and Airbnbs to choose from! We recommend not staying within Austin City Limits as the prices are usually drastically higher, so Georgetown, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Pflugerville, etc. have lots of options. Our wedding weekend is also not a Texas Longhorn home football game weekend so that is also a perk!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the number of guests indicated on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP!Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are Kids Invited?

Answer

We don't want to be an inconvenience so yes your kiddos are invited, they will be included into your invite for when you RSVP. It's up to you whether or not you want to bring them. If you choose not to bring your kids, please indicate the correct number of people accurately attending!

Question

Can I bring my own adult beverages?

Answer

We will be supplying alcohol and have a bartending service who will be handling the beverages. Due to venue policy and regulations, you are not allowed to bring any other alcoholic beverages on the premise!

Question

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes! We will be having an open bar that includes beer, wine, mixed drinks, two specialty cocktails and for our sober peeps and kids in our lives, we will have non alcoholic beverages that are on us! The only limitation from the venue is no shots allowed!

Question

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

If weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors and reception indoors!

Question

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding please indicate your regrets on the RSVP tab of the wedding website.

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos and video as soon as we receive them! After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos you'd like!

Question

What is the parking situation like?

Answer

The venue does have a nice large gravel parking lot that is free. The venue does recommend taking a ride share service to and from your accommodation if you do plan on drinking and do not have a designated driver planned. We want everyone to make it back safely.

Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Arriving to the venue 15 minutes early is a great idea to be sure you're able to find the venue and settle in before the fun begins! We will have fans for everyone not used to Texas heat!

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

The RSVP deadline will be July 15th, 2025!

Question

Are their room blocks booked for wedding weekend?

Answer

At this time we do not as we don’t know how many people are interested, if you are interested in booking with a room block, please let us know so we can look into this further!
