We look forward to celebrating our day together with you. But if you are unable to come to Tucson for our day, you can still celebrate with us virtually. We will host the live video of our wedding day here: https://youtube.com/live/A4meeJYeTNw?feature=share
Kiyong was in the Big Apple chasing his career dreams since passing the NYS bar exam in 2019. A graft in the Best City of the World, all too familiar with insecurity, unfamiliarity, and the grind and desire required to plant roots. But the City of Dreams drained him of his dreams; the City that Never Sleeps left him sleepless and without peace—blindly walking through the blackened concrete desert. Chunghee was in a desert of her own in Arizona. She was chasing her dreams as inexplainable led by his Light. But she too thirst for peace. Until when Uncle Jae and Auntie Soonbin matched the two in 2021. As they said, the adults know best. And doubter Kiyong began to believe. Kiyong found his Light and peace in the desert in Chunghee. When they first met, Chunghee had a blinding halo behind her despite facing the blazing sun of the Sonoran Desert before her. They say you know when you find the one. Kiyong knew that Chunghee was his Godsend songbird—an angel love—who led him to the Light, humbled him before His Grace, secured him peace, and brought him presence. An eventful year later, with incredible journeys through the desert together, we are engaged, and to be wed on Friday, April 14, 2023. We hope you will join to celebrate our coming of together, and to witness our union of Shalom. Isaiah 43:19 Deuteronomy 2:7, 8:15
