What is the date and time of the banquet?

Answer

The banquet is on August 30th, 2026 at HL Peninsula in Castro Valley. Please arrive around 5:30 PM.

Yes, the venue has a large parking lot.

Cocktail attire will be appropriate.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

Yes, we have a hotel block at AC Hotel Pleasanton. There are plenty of other hotels in the Dublin/Pleasanton or San Ramon area. Some we recommend would be Hyatt House in San Ramon or Hyatt Place in Dublin/Pleasanton.

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

We’ll be serving light snacks during cocktail hour, followed by a delicious dinner, and of course dessert!

I have dietary restrictions, what’s the best way to communicate that with you?

Answer

We definitely want to make sure you enjoy your time and meal on our wedding day, please let us know when you RSVP about your dietary needs.
