When should I book my hotel room?

Answer

As soon as possible! This is considered Vermont's high season, and hotels sell out quickly in Manchester so please book in advance.

Will transportation be provided for guests?

Answer

Transportation to and from Hildene on wedding day will be provided for guests staying in the town of Manchester. Guests staying at Airbnb locations will need to drive on wedding day. Parking is available and complimentary at Hildene.

Will events be held indoors or outdoors?

Our Ceremony & Cocktail Hour will be held in the outdoor garden at Hildene. Please keep this in mind when considering your choice of footwear. Dinner and Dancing will be held indoors.

We kindly ask that children remain at home for the wedding

Will I need to pre-select my entree choice for dinner at the wedding

No! Our caterer will take your dinner order as we begin dinner service.
