We recommend staying close to the venue in Boulder. We also have a block of rooms reserved for guests at Embassy Suites Boulder. Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We will have a bus available to transport guests between the hotel and venue. Please let us know if you will need transportation on the day of the wedding when you RSVP.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 1st! If you are unsure of how or where to RSVP, feel free to email/text/carrier pigeon either one of us and we'll make sure we update your attendance.

Please do! When you RSVP, you will be prompted to provide that information.

Are kids welcome?

Unfortunately, due to space constraints, we request that only children of immediate family members attend.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be parking available at the Greenbriar Inn but if you plan on consuming adult beverages, we will provide transportation between the venue and hotel and encourage you to stay safe.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

- Welcome dinner for out of town guests on Friday evening. If you are flying in, please let us know your schedule and if you think you will be able to attend when you RSVP. - Traditional Chinese Tea Ceremony on Saturday morning for family We will let you know if your attendance is requested.
