Our journey begins!

At church... I was at church at the end of the service taking some pictures with my kids. Ken commented it seems someone is missing from the pic, I replied yes someone's always missing... Ken smiled and that was the end of that. Jump forward, a few weeks passed and one Sabbath he cautiously and politely offered his number, thinking nothing of it at the time, I said ok, NP.

Our first date was to Franklin Park zoo it was the summer of 2017 Father's Day to be exact. He had never been so we made this his 1st trip and our 1st date. We've had a few since then. Lol

It was my parents idea to give me a graduation party and I was like no way! lol.. it wasn't a surprise that I was having the party but what happened at the party was a surprise. Everything was going well until my dad took the mic and started asking the guests to say something to/about me...I thought how inappropriate! lol.....I should have known my dad was in on it the while time.... SMH... after a few guests, Ken goes up, takes the mic from my dad and he does his thing! That was the surprise, and I said yes, perhaps to his surprise.... lol. The rest is still to come.
