Amador City’s Main Street offers a handful of tasting rooms, restaurants, boutique shops, and art galleries. For those who’d like a little exercise, there’s also a great walking loop nearby: start on Amador Creek Road, continue onto Turner Road, then follow String Bean Alley and it will bring you right back to Main Street.

Gold Dust Pizza –Delicious pizza and you can enjoy your pizza sitting outside next to the creek. Moonrise Pizza – Another good pizza spot in Amador City
Since it’s Memorial Day and a holiday weekend for many, consider heading up to the Sierra Nevadas to enjoy hiking, rafting, paddleboarding, or relaxing on the beaches of Lake Tahoe.
