Lawrence and Maggie have known each other since their days in college, when they first met in Geneseo, NY. They spent a week together during New Student Orientation, and from there a friendship was born. Lawrence and Maggie share a mutual love of being swing-dancing, disney-loving (see photo), liberal hippies. Most recently, Lawrence asked Maggie to serve as an officiant for his wedding -- a role that she has enthusiastically accepted.
Sabrina Ferro

Sabrina and Christy met at Notre Dame on their first night in the dorm together in 2006 when Christy was writing on her dorm room white board that she was lonely...and Sabrina popped up out of nowhere, scaring her, indicating that she, too, was lonely. That night the two discovered a shared love of similar music and sense of humor. The two went on to not only become close friends in college, but to follow each other into the same grad school, apartment, and workplace. How they are not sick of each other yet, the world will never know. Christy could not imagine having anyone else by her side as she says 'I do.'
Boris Crespo

Boris had the pleasure of meeting Lawrence through their mutual friend Kevin. They soon became fast friends, having common interests such as blasting Taylor Swift while driving through the seedier parts of Baltimore, enjoying late night eats at Crazy Johns, and dinners at the Tilted Kilt. Boris and Lawrence have been friends for close to a decade, and they both look forward to another decade of friendship.

One December in 1993, almost six year old Christy received a phone call from her parents at the hospital that forever changed her life...she was a big sister. Cue almost 24 years later, Christy and Stephanie have gone from enemies, tormenting each other, to friends, even confidants at times. Stephanie also was sweet enough to give Christy the greatest nephew in the whole world. While she still calls her little sister 'Brat,' affectionately, Christy adores having her sister in her life. Both of them have the other's one's back--easy to do when you share genetics.
Joel Wertheimer
Best Man
Joel and Lawrence have been friends for close to 20 years. They met a long time ago, in a small county far, far, away (more popularly known as Westchester). Their love of traveling, video games, trashy TV, science fiction movies, and food has resulted in a long-lasting friendship that continues to this day.
Deanna Cerquetti

Notre Dame created several of Christy's lasting friendships...and the one she shares with Deanna is no exception. Meeting the first night of orientation in 2006, Christy admired Deanna's sense of style while Deanna ate a handful of pretzels and the rest is history. Christy was welcomed into the Cerquetti family and learned the finer points of being an honorary Italian, including sharing a love of food. Christy adores Deanna and her way of talking and telling stories and is so honored she's agreed to stand with her on her wedding day.

Thomas is Lawrence's older brother and closest friend. They share a love of music and video games (having spent a lot of time playing Super Nintendo together as kids).

Christy met Sarah from the far away land of Guam while at Notre Dame together. Christy adores Sarah’s laugh and loves talking with her about a myriad of topics from super heroes to feminism. They have managed to very thankfully stay in touch aside from the very long distance apart. Christy is unbelievably touched Sarah will be making a trans continental journey for her wedding!
Josh Benjamin

Josh met Lawrence in 2007, through their mutual friend Dan. Their friendship spawned from their mutual love of Billy Joel, Elton John, and other "old school" artists. Despite the fact that Josh went to school in the middle of nowhere (Saratoga Springs), he and Lawrence continued to hang out anyway. Nowadays, Josh still resides in NY while Lawrence moved on to Maryland. However, the two like to spend lots of time arguing on Facebook chats about UFC fighters and Conor McGregor. Josh is looking forward to being one of the loudest people at the wedding.

Anthony met Lawrence back in 2006 at SUNY Geneseo. They quickly discovered that they shared a common love of video games and weight lifting. In the last decade they have become close friends, and even re-lived their college days by being roommates again (from 2013-2017).
Kevin Leigh

Kevin first met Lawrence at a speed-dating event (yes, you read that correctly). While both were there to find that special lady, they ended up finding each other instead -- and an unlikely friendship began. Kevin introduced Lawrence to the world of acting and film-making, and has featured him in a few of his movies. Kevin is thrilled to be a part of the wedding party -- his only regret is that he isn't filming the nuptials for his film company, Farmer Pig Productions.
Kaitlin Schrote

Christy first only knew Kaitlin as Sabrina's roommate freshman year in 2006 at Notre Dame. That and the fact that she was a swimmer, Kaitlin was always polite enough to chat with Christy every time she stopped by her room and Sabrina wasn't there. However, it wasn't until Christy assisted in helping Kaitlin draft a letter of resignation from the swim team the two began to become even closer. Over the years, the two of them have sought the other out for tough conversations and laughs. Christy can always count on Kaitlin to for long, involved talks at their favorite cafe in Ellicott City. Even though Kaitlin is now a Portland transplant, the two stay in regular contact and Christy cannot wait to see her at her big day.
Marc Signer

Marc and Lawrence met at SUNY Geneseo, on a small 8-person racing shell at the ass-crack of dawn. As teammates on Geneseo's Crew team, they conquered various adversities ranging from freezing temperatures to Marc losing Lawrence's oar in the middle of Lake Conesus. Over the years, Marc and Lawrence's lives went in very different directions. Marc went on to be a teacher in New York City, and Lawrence moved on to pursue a career in the Washington DC area. However, their friendship has never been stronger.
Sara Wilson

Notre Dame strikes again and Christy is privileged to have known Sara since her first official day freshman year in 2006. Christy remembers their first meeting to a group bonding activity and thought to herself upon meeting Sara with her huge, gorgeous smile at the back of the bus, "This girl...this girl is cool." Later that night, Sara showed up to her dorm room along with Deanna and Sabrina, cementing a decade and more long friendship. The two share a love of musicals and Harry Potter. Christy stood with Sara on her big day in 2016 and Christy is incredibly happy to have her by her side for hers.

Jill met Lawrence through mutual friends and swing dancing. Known more affectionately as BFF Jill, she has spent countless hours swing dancing, playing guitar hero, and engaging in other shenanigans with Lawrence.
