Yes, we will have transportation to the ceremony from the three hotels listed on our webpage. Please indicate you'd like to take the shuttle when you RSVP. After dinner, the shuttle will make several trips back to the hotels throughout the evening.
The drinks will be flowing, so we encourage local guests to Uber/Lyft to and from the wedding. The venue has free on-site parking to accommodate anyone who do choose to drive. If you need to leave your car overnight, it needs to be retrieved by noon on Sunday. Please make sure you have a way to get home safely.
We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! The dress code is semi-formal. Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Please no jeans/denim and avoid shades of white.
Yes, please check out our three recommended hotels under the "Travel" section.
The wedding ceremony will be at 4:30pm at the Venue at Millburn Stables in Old Mill Creek, IL. The reception will be in the same building starting at 5:30pm. Both events will be indoors.
The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm. We recommend you arrive 20-30 minutes before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone gets a seat before the main event!
While we love little ones, the only children that will be a part of the wedding are our nieces and nephews. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us. Consider this a chance to have a night out!
Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP online. Thank you for understanding!
Please formally reply so we know if you are able to attend or not. The RSVP deadline is August 14th. If your RSVP is not received by then, we will have to assume you are unable to attend.
You will be dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible through your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!
