When is the RSVP deadline?

Do I have to mail back my RSVP or can I RSVP online?

Answer

We would prefer you to RSVP online — however if you would like a mailed invitation please inquire with the Bride or Groom.

How far is the wedding venue from Augusta, Ga?

Answer

The Harvey Estate is located off of US HWY 25 directly across the street from Southern Sportsman (look for a large yellow sign) — from Washington Rd the drive will take approximately 25-30 minutes depending on traffic. The venue is 14 miles from Windsor Spring Rd and 27 miles from Washington Rd.

What should I wear?

Answer

Formal/cocktail attire is requested.

Where is the ceremony?

Answer

The wedding ceremony, reception and after party will all be held at 906 US-25 N, Waynesboro, Ga.

Am I allowed a plus one?

Answer

If you RSVP through our website you will asked if you are bringing a plus on, and if you are - to list their name.

Will alcohol be provided?

Answer

We’re dope enough to have an open bar. Tip your bartender!

What time should we arrive?

Answer

Guests can arrive at 5:15pm. We will have welcome refreshments, and guestbooks to be signed. Guests may be seated when our wedding planners notify you that seating is ready.

Does the Venue offer parking?

Answer

Yes. There will be a brief walk to the wedding ceremony from our parking area. Elders or disabled can be dropped off at the start of our first driveway — or can be shuttled by golf cart.

Where do we park?

On the back side of our wedding venue. We will have guides directing you where to park.

Are children allowed?

Answer

When you RSVP through our website we will ask how many children will be attending with you. However we ask that all children are taken home at 9:30pm — the after party starts at 10:00pm!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony/post to social media?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony. Please turn off all cameras and cell phones and enjoy the moment as we exchange vows. Thank you! Photos are more than welcomed and are fine to be posted on social media during our reception!

What time does the wedding start?

The wedding will start promptly at 6:00pm. We ask that all guests find their seats by 5:45pm.

What time will the wedding ceremony end?

The ceremony is scheduled to end near 6:45pm.

What happens between the ceremony and the reception?

Answer

We will have a cocktail hour for guests where you can eat small appetizers, salads, and drink our signature bride and groom cocktails, from our open bar or the non alcoholic beverages that will be available.

What food will be served and what if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

We will have a buffet style reception with main entree choices of: Grilled BBQ Chicken, Baked Ziti Al Forno, and Pulled Pork. Please notify us if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions.

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are currently only registered with Zola. Since our relationship started over four years ago, we have accumulated all of the necessary kitchen/household items a couple could possibly need. Therefor we felt wrong in asking for fancy, experience appliances that we don’t actually need or really want. Our Zola registry is listed under the “registry” tab at the top of our wedding website.
