Can I book my stay at the resort another way?

Answer

In order to be a part of our wedding events and obtain our wedding discount on rooms, you must book through our travel agent, Ketti Menne. The booking link can be found on our RSVP page!

Is this an all-inclusive resort?

Answer

Yes! All pricing listed on the booking form is all-inclusive, meaning all food (restaurants and room service) and drinks (including alcohol) are included in the price you pay. Most activities located on the resort are also included. For a full list of what is included, please head to our RSVP section and click on the booking form.

Can I bring a plus one and/or my kid(s)?

Answer

Unfortunately, we have limited room at our wedding events. Your invitation will indicate who and how many people are invited to our wedding events.

Do I have to use the shuttle option provided by your travel agent?

Answer

No, but we HIGHLY recommend that you do. It is always best to book your shuttle ahead of time, as other modes of transportation are not reliable.

Do I have to book my flight through your travel agent as well?

Answer

No! The option to book a flight through Ketti is available when filling out the form. However, you can always opt out and book your own flight. Just make sure to give Ketti your flight information so she can arrange your shuttle to and from the resort.

How long should I stay?

Answer

The minimum stay required is three nights, which is when the discounted room rates would kick in. Because we have events on two different days, we want everyone to be able to enjoy at least a day, if not more, to yourselves! Lay on the beach or poolside with a drink, check out one of the many activities at the resort, or plan a fun excursion!

How do I decipher the per person rate on the booking form?

Answer

The booking form shows the rates per room type, length of stay, and number of people staying. For example: two adults want to stay for 4 nights in a Garden View King room. The chart for this room type shows a price of $791 for double occupancy for 4 nights. The price is per person, which means the cost of the resort stay would be $1582 ($791 x 2). If the room has a single and double rate, the room allows for a maximum of two adults. If the room has a single, double, and triple rate, the room allows for a maximum of three adults.
