When should I RSVP by?

May 7th! You can RSVP right here on the website! Just go to the RSVP page & search for your name as it appeared on the envelope of your invitation.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There is a block of rooms available at the RIT Inn and Conference Center. You must reserve your room by Wednesday, May 5th in order to secure the discounted rate. Ask for the Dodd/Burris wedding guest room block.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes there will be a shuttle to bring guests from the RIT Inn and Conference Center to the venue at Jack’s Place before the ceremony and then back to the hotel after the reception where hopefully the party will continue! More details about timing of the shuttle to come!

What are the guidelines regarding the wedding due to Covid 19?

Answer

The current guidelines say that each guest must present either a negative Covid 19 test result within 72 hours of the wedding OR proof of being fully vaccinated at least 2 weeks prior to the wedding in order to be able to attend. If you are coming from out of state, you no longer need to quarantine once you get to New York. We will continue to update this section as more or different guidelines become available.
