Address, attire, and other information can be located on your formal mailed invitation or by navigating back to the RSVP section of our website. Follow the same procedures you used to RSVP to access event information.
Due to limited capacity of our venue, we are only able to accommodate the guests that are included on your invitation. Please double check your formal, mailed invitation for information regarding who has been invited and how many seats have been reserved for you.
You will be missed! If you or your guest need to change a response for yourself or someone in your party from “Will Attend” to “Will Not Attend,” please email cmtragakis@gmail.com as soon as possible.
We kindly ask that if a member of your party cannot attend, you refrain from bringing a different guest in their place. We appreciate your understanding as we keep our celebration intimate.
If we do not receive an RSVP back by our January 12th deadline, we will mark you as "not attending." We need to provide accurate guest counts to ensure our vendors are appropriately prepared for our day. We appreciate your understanding!
We kindly ask that guests follow “dressy casual” attire including jumpsuits, skirts, slacks, dressy blouses, button down shirts, sport coats, etc. https://www.erindavies.com/blog/decoding-the-dress-code
We kindly request that you dress in semi-formal attire for our celebration including tuxes, formal evening wear, suites, and cocktail dresses . If you have any questions or concerns about the requested attire, please reach out to the Bride, Groom, or Maid of Honor.
Weather permitting, our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors overlooking the 18th hole while our reception will take place inside the club. Tampa Bay Area temperatures during this time of year average mid 70s during the day and cooler evenings in the 60s. Please plan your attire accordingly.
We will be holding an “unplugged” ceremony. We kindly ask that all devices be turned off and stored during the ceremony. We have hired an exceptional photographer who will capture our ceremony and we will be more than happy to share those photos with you after the wedding.
While we kindly ask our guests to refrain from taking pictures and videos during our ceremony; we encourage you to take pictures and videos throughout the evening and post them if you wish.
If you have specific concerns or allergies, please note them on the dietary restriction question of the RSVP form and we will confer with our caterer.
Please reach out to the Bride and Groom at cmtragakis@gmail.com with any additional questions or concerns.
