What is the latest date I can book my room for the wedding?

Answer

All rooms must be booked by Friday, March 8th 2024. However, final payments are not due until Tuesday, April, 16th 2024.

Do guests have to purchase airfare and resort stay through your travel agent?

Answer

If guests would like to purchase airfare outside of the package provided by our travel agent, they are more than able to do so. It is just mandatory, according to the resort, that all hotel bookings go through the same source + travel agent in order to count towards the wedding hotel block and all wedding related events. Brittany is still able to add airport transfers and optional travel insurance to the resort booking, even if you purchase your own airfare. You'll just need to share your flight details so that she can update the shuttle service.

I want to attend the wedding, but is it okay if I only stay at the resort for 1 or 2 nights?

Answer

A 3-night minimum is required in order for the room to count towards the wedding group contract/room block and wedding related events. You can stay the requested 5/17/24 - 5/20/24 or 5/16/24 - 5/19/24 or even 5/18/24 - 5/21/24. You can also extend your trip on either end. However, a 3-night minimum is standard, according to the resort.
