About two months in advance, we will reach out to you by phone (e.g., call, text message) to ask if you would feel comfortable attending in person. Otherwise, we would love for you to attend virtually!
Great question! We will be requiring all in-person guests to have a recent covid-19 test done before the wedding and have negative results. Please send us a picture of your results. If you have had a vaccine, also please let us know! We will also be taking temperatures before entering the ceremony location. We are requiring everyone to wear a mask; there will be (cute) masks provided if you need one. There will also be sanitation stations set up around the ceremony and rehearsal sites, as well as mini-sanitizers provided to each guest as a favor. The ceremony is outside! The rehearsal is mostly outside, and only inside a well-ventilated area when eating dinner, where the tables will be greatly distanced. All of our vendors will also be following precautions for your safety. If you don't feel comfortable taking any of these precautions, no worries we understand! We kindly ask you instead join us virtually.
In person guests: please RSVP by February 13, 2021. Virtual guests: no need to RSVP.
In-person guests: this website will have a feature for you to RSVP after our formal invitations have been sent in January 2021.
In-person guests: probably by 4:30pm. Please allow 6 feet between your party and others when seating for the ceremony.
In-person guests: If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you. We are limiting our guests as much as possible. Virtual guests: Sure! Watch with as many dates as you'd like!
In-person guests: Parking is available! There will be an attendant to help park if need be.
In-person guests: Yes! Transportation will be provided promptly at 3pm at the Kimpton Hotel. Transportation will also be available at 10pm at the venue to return to the Kimpton Hotel.
