Thank you for traveling! We are excited to kick off the weekend celebrating with you. Come after dinner 7 pm-9 pm for a hug, wine, bites, sweets, and mingling with our other favorite people! Most of the event will be outside, so bring layers. Highs are expected in the low 80s, but evenings can get chilly. The family that owns this gorgeous winery also owns the famous restaurant, La Bicyclette, in Carmel-by-the-Sea. It’s between a 2 and 12 minute walk from most of our recommended hotels, with the exception of Bernardus. Some walking routes may be more ideal than others. Street parking available.

There will be sparkling wine on arrival, light bites, dinner, and lots of dancing. Can't wait to see you there! Shuttle pick ups start at 3 pm and hotel dropoffs start at 8:30 pm. See the 'Logistics' tab for details. While daytime temperatures are expected to be in the mid 70s, evenings can be chilly. Since the event is outdoors, consider bringing layers, sunglasses, and a hat.

Completely optional. After you’ve had your fill of festivities at Running Iron Bar, choose between shuttle service or a brief 3-15 minute walk to reach all of our recommended hotels. All hotels are technically walkable, with the exception of Bernardus. Some walking routes may be more ideal than others. Note that it’s a no-host bar.
