There are multiple hotels in the area. Sadly all blocks are closed 1 month prior to to the event date. 

There will be a bus picking guests up at Home2 Suites in Utica. 
Bus is pick up at 3:30/45pm from the hotel and a departure time from the venue at around 9:45pm.

There are several hotels within walking distance.
1) Holiday Inn Express & Suites Utica
2) Best Western Gateway Adirondack Inn
3) Days inn 
4) Hampton Inn 
5) Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott
