Question
Will there be other events to attend on the wedding weekend?
Answer
Yes, we will be hosting welcome drinks one night for those wanting to join! More information will be provided under the "Schedule" tab. We will also be enjoying all Boca Grande has to offer on Friday before the wedding and would love to see you.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The wedding ceremony will take place outdoors on the beach, followed by a cocktail hour on the pool deck. Dinner and dancing will take place indoors and outdoors. There will be indoor space available for the duration of the reception.

Is there a dress code for the wedding?
Answer
Beach Casual Wedding Attire - May we suggest that men wear a long or short-sleeved shirt with slacks or shorts and ladies wear a sundress or dressy separates, like a nice top and skirt. Instead of heels, wear a pair of strappy or platform sandals.

Is there parking available near the wedding venue?
Answer
The wedding venue, Gasparilla Beach Club, is walking distance from the Gasparilla Inn. There is also golf cart parking available and/or parking for vehicles. There is additional street parking as well if needed.

When should I book my lodging if I want to stay on-site?
Answer
We recommend booking lodging as soon as you know you will be attending! Rooms are limited but be aware that a 1 night deposit will have to be made at the time of reservation.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
Answer
If your invite did not include a plus one, please reach out to the bride or groom as we are happy to add a plus one if the space/final numbers allow!

Am I allowed to bring my children?
Answer
We love your children, but due to space restrictions and safety (there is immediate access to the beach and pool at our wedding/reception venue) we cannot accommodate quests under age 16 outside of immediate family on our wedding day.
