Seven Springs Mountain Resort

For those of you that would like to extend the party with us, we suggest booking a room at Seven Springs. We will be providing transportation from The Event Barn to Seven Springs. The after party will be at The Matterhorn. The discounted room rate is $149 plus tax. When reserving a room, simply state you are with the Havrilla wedding.

Holiday Inn Express Somerset, PA

The Holiday Inn Express is about a 5 minute drive from the reception. The room rate is $119 plus tax. The room block code is "RHW" - please have this ready when reserving your room.

Seven Springs to Venue

September 28, 2019 2:45 pm - 3:30 pm

There will be a bus leaving Seven Springs around 2:45pm to get to the venue. Please meet at the door in the lounge next to The Bavarian. (This is located in the building connected to the hotel.) This bus holds around 50-60 guests. The ceremony and reception is located at the same venue. There will be 3 buses to get back to Seven Springs at the close of the reception. They will be leaving The Event Barn @ 11:00pm.

There will be a bus leaving The Event Barn to Seven Springs. This bus holds around 50-60 guests. There will be 3 buses to get back to Seven Springs at the close of the reception. They will be leaving around 11:00pm.
